Description

The project comprises of the upgrade and alterations of two existing heritage buildings namely Monument Station and the Neotel building on 1 Old Marine Drive, Cape Town. The renovated Buildings are linked by means of a new glazed steel framed bridge. These linked buildings will house PRASA and Metrorail Staff. The design respected the architectural heritage of the buildings, but still contribute to Cape Town’s urban fabric in a modern and responsible manner.
